Opportunies abound for girls to play more lacrosse and improve!
We are happy to share the links to camps and clinics in other lacrosse organizations.
MYL does not promote or endorse any particular camp or clinic. We just hope that you will find the time to continue to play lacrosse throughout the year!

First and foremost, use your stick a lot! Play catch. If no one else has a lacrosse stick, have your partner get a baseball/softball glove. Throwing against a wall is also very helpful (with your protective gear on!). As you get better try to get closer and throw straight at the wall with your stick up in a high "high 5" position. Wouldn't you like to see a rebounding wall in Milton?! Demonstrations on YouTube: Denver Women's Lacrosse Stick Work Session #1 - YouTube & Denver Women's Lacrosse Stick Work Session #2 - YouTube

Club programs : Mass Elite, Laxachusetts, Rev, Storm, Boston Aces... (each has a link) If you do not see the club you play for listed here, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Tryout registrations and tryouts vary. There are some great programs. Reach out to your daughters teammates or coach to see if they have any suggestions. Compare notes. Carpooling always helps with these club programs! Please do not feel pressure to join any specific team due to any affiliation to a youth or HS coach. This level of lacrosse needs to work within your family!
1 on 1 or Small group work: For a fee, Emily Kosak, MHS '15 and Regis College graduate and lacrosse player is looking to assist players. Her email is email@example.com.
